Kim Couturier

Kim Couturier has called the Valley of the Sun home since 2001, when she moved to Arizona with her family and began building a life in a new city. Over the years, she raised her two children here and developed a strong connection to the community, especially throughout the Southeast Valley.

Originally licensed in 2005, Kim began her real estate career in new home sales. That experience helped her build a solid foundation and long-standing relationships across the Phoenix metro area. After reinstating her license in 2021, she returned to real estate with a clear focus on helping clients navigate important life changes. She works with first time buyers, as well as clients who are upsizing or downsizing as their needs evolve.

As an Air Force veteran, Kim brings a strong sense of service, consistency, and follow through to her work. She believes in keeping things clear and straightforward, making sure her clients understand each step and feel comfortable along the way. From the first conversation to closing, she stays involved and attentive so nothing is missed.

For Kim, real estate is about more than just the transaction. The relationships she builds with her clients are what matter most, and they continue well beyond closing.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their dogs, and their adult children. She also enjoys being active, getting out on the lake, and making the most of everything Arizona has to offer.
